Service Description

Pejji provides professional web design and development services for Nigerian businesses. We build custom, mobile-first websites tailored to your business needs.

Pricing

Our pricing is as listed on our Services & Pricing page. Prices are subject to change, but any agreed price at the time of deposit is honoured for that project.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before we begin building your website
• The remaining balance is due before your site goes live

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once the deposit is paid and work begins, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Business closure
• Dissatisfaction with design direction (revision rounds are included for this purpose)
• Failure to provide content within the agreed timeline

This applies to both one-time build fees and monthly hosting payments.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel before work begins and before the deposit is spent on development resources, Pejji may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit toward future services. This is not guaranteed.

If you cancel after work has begun, no refund is issued. Any completed work up to that point remains the property of Pejji until full payment is received.

Hosting cancellation requires 30 days written notice via email to [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your website files can be transferred to you upon request after all outstanding payments are settled.

Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing all text, images, logos, and brand assets needed for the website. If content is not provided within 14 days of deposit, Pejji reserves the right to use placeholder content and deliver the site as-is. Pejji is not responsible for delays caused by late content delivery.

Revision Policy

The number of revision rounds included depends on your service tier:

• Card -1 round of revisions
• Starter -2 rounds of revisions
• Growth & Pro -3 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.

Hosting

Hosting is provided on a monthly subscription basis. If you wish to cancel your hosting, we require 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, your website files can be transferred to you upon request.

Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, brand assets)
• Pejji retains rights to the underlying code, design templates, and development frameworks
• All websites include a "Built by Pejji" badge as part of the service agreement

Security & Data Protection

All Pejji websites are built with security-hardened configurations including SSL encryption, security headers, and encrypted connections. Pejji operates in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). Client data is hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. We do not sell, share, or transfer client data to third parties. In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, Pejji will notify the client and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) within the legally required 72-hour window.

Referral Programme

• Referral commissions are paid within 7 business days of receiving the referred client's deposit
• Pejji reserves the right to modify commission rates with reasonable notice

Limitation of Liability

Pejji shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through informal negotiation via email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to mediation before any legal action is taken.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
